A content management system has been used to create this site so that "non-techies" can run the site with little or no technical support.

• The site's content had to have a user only are, this included blocking from registered staff members and search engines.
• The members had to be able to communicate with each other privately.
• Specific Registration information had to be collected from members to allow verification of members.
• A refer a friend module was needed to grow the membership.
• The ability to upgrade individual members to moderators was required.
